Services Offered
Contract to Close $395
- Payment is due only when a transaction closes; there is no payment due for a terminated transaction.
- Obtain all fully executed contract documents from agent
- Review contract for completeness
- Send contract to the title company and lender
- Send Next Steps email to clients with contract dates
- Communicate with agent about contingency dates throughout transaction
- Upload documents to Command for compliance review
- Manage any file updates
- Schedule closing appt with title company
- Review Preliminary Title Commitment & Settlement Statement
- Make sure all parties have all pertinent documents for their records
- In agent's preferred electronic signing program: draft brokerage compliance forms, documents, & amendments, and send for signature, after written approval from agent
- Update MLS status, if applicable
- Not Included: Scheduling and coordinating Inspection, Appraisal, or any other service requested by the buyer or lender
Listing Prep $249
- Payment is due at time of service
- In agent's preferred electronic signing program: draft brokerage compliance forms, documents, & amendments, and send for signature, after written approval from agent
- Obtain all listing documents from agent
- Review listing documents for completion and upload to Command for compliance
- Introduction email to seller and send all documents for their records
- Pull all property information: tax records, plats, deed, CCR's, HOA & Condo Association info, and Property Profile, if applicable
- Prep listing in MLS for agent approval
- Upload photos and documents to MLS listing
- Change listing to Active on list date after agent's written approval
- Send "Your Listing is on the Market" email to sellers
- Update MLS status after agent's written request
- Not Included: Ordering and coordinating listing photos and video
Command Compliance $99
Great for the agent who does not need TC services but wants to leverage uploading docs to Command for compliance.
- Payment is due at time of service
- Upload documents to Command for compliance review prior to Closing Date
- Documents will not be reviewed for completeness
- It is the agent's responsibility to correct any documents flagged by compliance review, once corrected I will upload to Command for another review by the compliance officer
Admin Services $30 per hour
*Minimum of 2 hours*
